These Terms govern your use of WebsiteAudit.in (“we”, “us”, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service Does

WebsiteAudit.in scans a URL you provide and generates an automated report covering performance, SEO, mobile friendliness, and security-related checks. A limited free scan is available instantly. A full report (44 checks) is available for a one-time payment of $9.00 $3.50 (introductory pricing), delivered on-screen and emailed as a PDF.

2. Accuracy of Reports

Reports are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, checks rely on publicly available data, including page content, DNS records, TLS certificates, and HTTP responses, at the time of the scan. Results may be affected by factors outside our control, such as site configuration changes, third-party service outages, or websites that block automated tools. We do not guarantee that any report is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Reports should not be treated as professional security, legal, or SEO advice.

3. Payment and Refunds

Full reports are priced at $9.00 $3.50 (introductory pricing) per scan and are charged once via Razorpay at the time of purchase. Because the report is generated and delivered shortly after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once a report has been successfully delivered. If payment succeeds but no report is delivered due to a technical issue on our end, contact support@websiteaudit.in and we'll re-run the scan and send you the report.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to submit only URLs for websites you own, operate, or have permission to scan. You also agree not to use the Service to circumvent another site's security measures, scrape or resell report data at scale, or abuse the Service in any way that degrades it for other users, including automated or bulk requests or attempts to bypass rate limits.

5. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on a report, including any action taken or not taken based on its contents. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
